Disclaimer
Please read. Unowned Fantasy is an information and entertainment service. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any outcome, and no play, fade, lean, parlay or projection is a promise that a bet or lineup will win. Sports are unpredictable and you can lose money. Projections are model estimates built from public data that may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and lines change constantly, so always confirm the current number in the app before you act. Past results do not predict future results. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by DraftKings, PrizePicks, Underdog, Polymarket or any league. Nothing here is financial, legal or professional advice. You are responsible for knowing whether daily fantasy, pick'em and betting products are legal where you are and for meeting the age requirement, which is 18 to 21 or older depending on your state. Only wager what you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org.

Privacy
What we collect. If you join the email list or use the contact form we store the email address and any name, sport and platform preferences or message you give us, the time, the page you were on, and a hashed form of your network address used only to block abuse. The site stores one small preference (your last selected sport) in your own browser.
What we do with it. We send the emails you asked for and answer your messages. We do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone. If we add analytics or advertising this page will say so first.
Your choices. Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your data deleted, email us from the address in question via the contact page and we will remove it within 30 days.
Responsible play
