About

Unowned Fantasy is a free data desk for daily fantasy and props players. It exists because the best DFS information costs $30 to $100 a month, is written for people who already know the jargon, and mostly tells you what the writer feels. We wanted the numbers, explained, for everyone, for nothing.

What we believe

The data is the content. No personalities, no takes, no "trust me". Every call on this site is produced by a model from public data and comes with its reasoning written out. If you disagree with a call, the numbers behind it are one click away on the Players and Teams pages.

The market is smarter than the averages. A sportsbook line moves on information that box scores do not have yet. When our model and the market disagree badly, we tell you to trust the market and go find out why, instead of pretending the averages win.

Ownership is the whole game in tournaments. Picking good players is table stakes. Winning a large field means being right where the crowd is wrong, so ownership and leverage sit next to every projection on this site, and our signature chart is built on it.

Show the record. Every call is graded overnight and posted. Nothing gets deleted.

• The nightly Record page, live after the first full day of published calls.
• A daily short video per sport, generated from the same data, on the Unowned Fantasy channel.
• College football and basketball, then MLB in the spring.
• Lineup building tools on top of the projections and ownership.

How it stays free

The audience is the business. If and when the site carries sponsors or affiliate links they will be labeled, and they will never change a number or a call. We do not sell your email address.
